Thank you very much for your
interest in the extensive tubular rivets
product line of Frebel & Obstfeld GmbH.
We are a strong,
DIN/ISO 16949 certificated manufacturer of machine
turned parts since over 50 years.
We utilize brass, stainless steel, steel, aluminium
and the extra alloy derive of these materials.
We
manufacture our tubular rivets based on DIN 7340 depending on
the current pursuance (latest version May 1993).
The latest version is available at the Beuth
Verlag GmbH in Berlin.
We
offer different kinds of head shapes (Shape A = flat head,
Shape B = round head) presented below:
As
a further option we are able to offer you the non-standard
Shape C:

The
source materials of our tubular rivets are seamless drawn precision
tubes. Hereby the result is in contrast to plug and ring deep-drawing
tubular rivets an exactly cylindrical outside- and inside
diameter.
We
manufacture our tubular rivets made of brass,copper,copper-nickel
alloying , aluminium, steel as well as stainless
steel in respectively
bead-able qualities.
In addition to the standardized dimensions we are able to manufacture
your
custom made tubular rivets in any possible measurements up
to 60 mm.
In
order to create an individual offer which fits your needs we need the
following informations:
-head
shape : Shape A oder B (if you wish to change the
standardized head-diameter, please specify)
Shape C (please specify head diameter and angle or height of
the head)
-outer diameter
-wall thickness
-lenght: (measured without head; if you prefer to add the head
to the lenght, please indicate a notice)
-material
-surface

d1 = 8 mm, wall thickness = 0,7 mm and lenght
